You — You enter your rooms, rates and time slots in your dashboard. Nothing changes without you.
Stayflex — We publish and promote them on the site, the hotel pages and the landing pages.
Payment & invoice
You — You are paid to your Stripe Connect account, at D+7, booking by booking.
Stayflex — We charge the guest and issue the invoice in your name, under a billing mandate.
Guest requests

Hoteliers' questions
Is there a subscription?
No. A commission only on bookings made through Stayflex, nothing else: no setup fee, no minimum term. The rate is shared during our first call.
Who sets the prices?
You do. Your rates and availability, editable at any time from your dashboard, for day use as well as overnight.
How do we get paid?
By automatic Stripe Connect transfer at D+7 to your account, booking by booking, with the details in your dashboard.
Day use, in practice?
You open daytime slots on free rooms; the guest books 1 to 6 hours and the room is released for the evening arrival.
How long before we are live?
Usually one week on the hotel side: rates, photos, Stripe account. We set up the rest with you.
Can Stayflex integrate with our PMS?
Yes, it is possible: the integration is assessed case by case with your team and your vendor. Without it, you simply block the sold rooms in your PMS; every booking is notified to you in real time.
